My name is Breanne Guintu
I'm a Filipina-American illustrator based in Southern California. My art ranges from stylized to semi-realistic, but I especially enjoy including soft feminine figures or playful graphics in my works. I believe that the smallest things in life can bring out the beauty and importance of it all, and oftentimes those particular comforts are overlooked. So by absorbing the world around me and noticing the unnoticeable that give life to the everyday, I strive to showcase these themes in my creative ventures.
My Story
Growing up in Southern California with first-generation immigrant parents has introduced me to many unique, creative influences. My love for drawing started with my dad, who is also quite a talented artist, when he would help me with my drawing assignments in first grade. Since graduating in 2024 with a B.A. in Art, I value the whole spectrum of the creative process and have grown a passion for story-telling. I hope to convey influential works for a variety of audiences in whatever capacity that may be, all while appreciating every single learning opportunity along the way.
